Diego's welcome was superb upon arrival. Vincenzo mixed excellent cocktails at the bar. The location right on the beach provided convenient access to the sea.
I experienced a delay receiving my luggage after check-in. I waited approximately 20 minutes for it to be delivered. I also found that promises regarding spa information were not kept.

The breakfast had a nice range of items. I have to admit. it was acceptable.
The hotel is right next to a train track. This was very loud. the beach club plays music everyday until midnight. It was hard to sleep earlier than that.

The location is amazing. It is directly on the beach with beautiful views of isola bella. staff members were helpful and friendly. i liked how close the hotel was to the funicular. it made getting to the main town easy. we loved the private jacuzzi and the view from our room. the on-site restaurant was also excellent. the sea bass, lamb chops, and pistachio ice cream with cannoli were delicious.
everything was different. Our room was more like a cabana. it was small. dirty and dark.

the bungalow was cozy, exactly as i expected it. it offered a garden view, which i found quite private. the air conditioning worked efficiently. the breakfast buffet included prosecco.
The train passed nearby. It was slightly audible from the room.
